Division I State Semi-Finalist - 2007
TNFC 92 Boys Blue Tryouts June 13 and 15
5:30 - 7pm at the Rec Center
TNFC 92 Boys Blue have recently competed in the Division 1 State Tournament. The first game was against the three time State Champions East Ridge Express, TNFC were down a man with 30 minutes to go due to a red card and still managed to create chances, the game finished with a 0-0 tie. The Memphis Gryphons were next, a team that TNFC has never beaten. TNFC came out strong and were 2-0 up at the half, finishing of the game with a 3-1 victory. TNFC played their 2nd game of the day against Memphis Rush, with less than 5 minutes on the clock, Rush scored from a long throw to take a 1-0 victory.
TNFC 92 have made a great start to the Fall 06 season. TNFC 92 attend the Atlanta Cup and were unfortunate to be placed in a group with 2 teams who were the eventual finalists. TNFC 92 came away with one loss and two wins, including a win over the eventual champion!
TNFC 92 have recently competed in the TNFC fall Classic, TNFC 92 were crowned champions after winning all four games!!!
